These terms sit alongside our Bonus, Privacy and Responsible Gaming pages and apply to every account opened with us. By registering you accept them in full.
An account with us is open to individuals aged 18 and over. We do not accept registrations from anyone below this age, regardless of local variation, and we may ask for proof of date of birth at any point. One account is permitted per person, per household and per device. Duplicate accounts, including those opened under a different name or address at the same residence, may be closed and any associated balance reviewed.
You confirm when registering that the information you provide, including your name, date of birth, address and payment details, is accurate and belongs to you. Providing false details is a breach of these terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
Standard account security practice requires us to verify the identity of players before or during the withdrawal process. This typically involves a government-issued photo ID, a recent proof of address and, where card payments have been used, confirmation of the payment method. Verification protects both your account and the integrity of the platform. Delays in providing documents will delay withdrawals, so we recommend completing verification early rather than waiting until you want to cash out.
Our welcome package and ongoing promotions carry their own wagering requirements, eligible game lists, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active and expiry windows. These specifics are published in full on the Bonus and Promotions pages and are incorporated into these terms by reference. If anything in a promotional description conflicts with the detailed bonus terms, the detailed terms take precedence.
Withdrawals are processed once any active wagering requirement is met and your identity is verified. We generally return funds to the method you used to deposit where that is possible; card withdrawals, bank transfer and crypto withdrawals to Bitcoin, Ethereum or Tether (USDT) wallets are all supported. Where a deposit method cannot accept a return payment, we will offer an alternative method on request.
| Item | Detail |
|---|---|
| Minimum withdrawal | Set per payment method, shown at checkout |
| Processing review | Standard account and security checks apply before release |
| Payout method | Matches deposit method where possible |
| Pending wagering | Must be cleared before withdrawal is released |
| Large withdrawals | May require additional verification before payment |
We reserve the right to request further checks on unusually large withdrawals, or where account activity suggests a pattern inconsistent with ordinary play. This is a standard safeguard used across the industry and is not a reflection on any individual player.
We may suspend or close an account where these terms are breached, where verification cannot be completed, where we suspect bonus abuse or collusion, or where legal or regulatory obligations require it. Where an account is closed through no fault of the player, any cleared real-money balance will normally be returned, subject to verification.
We update these terms from time to time to reflect new games, payment options or regulatory requirements. Material changes will be flagged on this page or communicated to registered players. Continued use of your account after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
The registered company name operating TweedBet, along with current licensing details, is published in the site footer. Please confirm those details there, as they form part of the full legal agreement between you and us alongside these terms.
